Care + Use

Warm balm with your hands (or set next to a heating vent, etc.) before use. Massage into jaw/neck/temples during tension headaches. Apply to burns, new tattoos, muscle cramps, and arthritic joints. This balm will harden in cold temperatures. Similarly, it may soften in very hot weather. It can be stored in the fridge if desired.

NOTE: Because we do not use artificial preservatives or stabilizers, extreme shifts in temperature can affect the consistency but not the efficacy of the balm.

Relief Balm Review

I’ve had three hip surgeries and suffer from pretty bad neck and back pain. I first purchased the 2 oz tin through a local business in northern MI. I loved it so much, I went online straight to the source to purchase a bigger container! It isn’t too greasy but rubs in very nicely and the scent is pleasant as well. :)

Love this company!

I regularly buy the relief balm—it is so so good. My 95 year old althlete father uses it too, for swimmer’s shoulder. Bee and Col are wizards at making their wonderful natural products, and super easy to work with too!

Musician Approved!

This balm is essential for keeping my hands limber at the harp and keyboard and for easing the joint pain associated with my chronic illness. I am consistently amazed at its gentle power and it smells SO GOOD! I keep multiple tins on hand so I never run out.

Absolutely love the Relief Balm. Smells great and really helps after a long day of typing when my hands are stiff or for sore muscles after being active. Really helps my foot that has screws when the cold weather makes it ache.
