Directions and care for your Swedish Dishcloths

How to Use

For daily use:
Reuse and wash up to 200 times! Lather up with dish soap to wash dishes, or use with spray cleaner to wipe down counters, glass, and other surfaces. Rinse and squeeze out excess moisture after each use. Air dry on your dish rack or faucet.

To clean+sanitize:
To clean, run through the top rack of your dishwasher or toss in the washing machine. To sanitize, soak in boiling water for 1–2 minutes or microwave while damp for 30 seconds.

End of life:
Dishcloths last 3–6 months depending on use. Once worn out, cut up into smaller pieces and compost at home.

Handy Tips + Tricks

Paper Towel, Who?

Keep one cloth by the sink and another in the fridge for spills, crumbs, or condensation—ditch disposables in every room.

Microwave Magic

Need a quick refresh? Dampen your cloth and zap it in the microwave for 30 seconds to help kill lingering germs.

From Sink to Soil

When it’s finally worn out, toss it in your compost bin. Then start fresh—your new favorite cloth is just as compostable.

very useful

I thought it was gonna be like a cotton cloth, but it’s more like a mix between a dish cloth and a paper towel and is very versatile! the patterns are also so cute!
