As a Body Wash: Wet skin, lather bar between hands or directly on body, and rinse thoroughly. Use daily or as needed.

As a Shampoo: Wet hair completely. Rub the bar directly onto your scalp or lather in hands, then massage into scalp and hair. Rinse well. Follow with a conditioner or apple cider vinegar rinse if desired.

After Use: Allow the bar to dry fully between uses. A soap dish with good drainage will extend its life.
